As a result of continued success and a planned program of strategic growth, we are now seeking to recruit, dynamic and highly self motivated managers for the business.

We are looking to hire the following role.



We are currently seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join our software development team full time.  We require a very broad range of skills and an ideal candidate will have a strong drive to learn and a passion for technology. You will be expected to learn new technologies quickly whilst experiencing a wide variety of different technologies.


You will be working on tooling, visualizations, R&D projects, VR and control systems. You will get to work with a range of hardware including optical tracking, HMDs, motion platforms (Stewart, Articulated robot, 3DoF, Dbox), AGVs, 4D effects and projection. You will be working on software to control our rides. This involves tooling from a creative perspective to safety systems.

You will be an integral part of the team delivering software projects and ensuring compliance with company standards, commitments and goals. This includes the design, manufacture, production and installation of a variety of different attractions, including 3D simulators, 4D cinemas and Dark Ride attractions which are part of the Simworx product portfolio.


  • Computing Degree 2:1 or higher

Required Skills

  • C#/C++
  • Strong Maths
  • Strong Problem Solving

Optional Skills/Knowledge (An ideal candidate would have 50% or more)

  • Computer Graphics
  • OpenGL/DirectX
  • Unity/Unreal
  • Linux development
  • WPF
  • PLC development (Beckhoff, Siemens)
  • Mobile development
  • Networking (TCP, UDP, RPC)
  • Software engineering practices (Design patterns, OO principles, Cross platform)
  • Scrum
  • Other languages e.g. Javascript, Java, Go, Python
  • CI/Build systems (Teamcity, MSBuild)
  • Source control (Git, Mercurial)

Relevant example work would be appreciated. This can range from dissertation work to personal projects. Even just being able to discuss projects you have started or are thinking of starting would be helpful.

Full Time Role based in Kingswinford

Travel required – UK & International
