The Simworx Service team deals with everything from the install of our attractions to their service health. Our dedicated Department is available 24/7, to our clients worldwide.

Whether it be After-Sales support, small queries, equipment upgrades or yearly servicing – they do it all.

A lot of the time our team can assist remotely from our head office in Kingswinford, England, but if the instance arises where we need to be on site our team is always willing to pay your attraction a visit to help you sort things out. Many of our customers choose to invest in our Service Contracts when purchasing a new attraction to ensure they have the support of our team as they launch their brand-new ride. We have a range of packages that can be tailored to suit our client’s needs.

OUR SERVICE CONTRACTS

Our Simworx Expert Support Team can provide peace of mind. Keep your ride in top condition, for years to come, with a Support Contract!

There Are Three Levels Of Service Contract Agreements Available To You As Follows:

BRONZE SERVICE CONTRACT

This gives you unlimited remote support by email or telephone within our core hours UK time 8am to 10pm for one year, if a visit is necessary this can be arranged for a preferential price.

SILVER SERVICE CONTRACT

Add to the Bronze contract a planned annual maintenance visit from our experts under our Silver Service Contract. In addition, spare critical parts are available from Simworx with a 10% discount on list price.

GOLD SERVICE CONTRACT

In addition, if you prefer, we can offer you a Gold Service Contract, over a 2-year period. The service would include all that is covered in the Bronze and Silver contracts along with an additional unplanned visit if required.
